Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's rooms, although not the most luxurious I have ever stayed in, are a decent size for Japan, though quite small for 2 adults and 1 toddler in terms of Japanese perception of space. The service, while very slow and inefficient in handling customer requests, was friendly and helpful with staff just standing there walking to each other of all the little things. The location was close to the train station and Shinjuku area, being excellent and the best reason I chose this hotel, with a vending machine outside the room to the main station Shinjuku where you can connect everywhere in Tokyo, central to Shinjuku but slightly away from the main center, near Shinjuku station with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping around. Dining was available for a fee we did not purchase but is good, with western, local, and Asian food available in the hotel; it even offers organic Quebec cheeses. Two positive aspects were the great location and the value for money, while the two negatives were the room size and slow service.
The hotel's location is fantastic, offering proximity to bustling shopping areas and the serene Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens. The rooms, while a bit dated with small space, were still decently cozy. The service was friendly, although lacking in some aspects. Dining options were satisfactory, offering a mix of western and Japanese cuisine. The hotel's facilities were adequate, catering to basic needs.
The hotel offers standard and basic rooms; however, they charged an extra 3000 yen for my child, which I found quite expensive for the small room. The service, especially during breakfast for a first-timer in Shinjuku, was less than warm and welcoming, being inflexible about timing. On the bright side, the location is excellent for exploring Tokyo and having plenty of nearby attractions.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very old, small, and claustrophobic, yet they were clean and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the lack of clear glass doors may not suit everyone, especially if sharing the room with a friend.
The hotel is very conveniently located with a subway next door and plenty of stores nearby, making it a great choice for first-time travelers. The rooms may be a bit small, especially if you opt for a double, but manageable for a comfortable stay. The dining options, although not to everyone's taste, offer a variety of Japanese and Continental dishes to choose from.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were modern and nicely done, providing a quiet stay. The service was exceptional, with prompt tidying, friendly staff, and helpful assistance. The location was fantastic, close to major transportation hubs and attractions. The dining options, while varied, lacked certain continental choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but quite small and lack a safe. The service is friendly and attentive, offering a wide range of options. The dining experience is delicious but on the pricey side. Overall, a great choice for those visiting Tokyo for the first time.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were very functional and quite spacious, with a clear view of the Gakuen Cocoon tower in the distance. It was the perfect size for me and in such a wonderful location for the price I paid. The service was helpful but slightly slow at times. The location was great, just 200 meters from Shinjuku station, making it convenient to explore the area. I didn't try the dining options, but they seemed nice. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary but practical.
The hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku, offering a quiet environment despite its central position. The rooms, though small, are tidy and comfortable. The service is generally pleasant, although communication can be a bit slow at times. The dining options are decent, catering to basic needs effectively. Overall, a great choice for those wanting a central yet peaceful stay in Shinjuku.
The hotel is perfectly located near Shinjuku station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are excellent, spacious, and spotlessly clean. However, the service lacked warmth and friendliness. The dining options were acceptable but could be more varied. Overall, a good value for money choice in Shinjuku.
I found this hotel to be very functional and quite cozy in terms of the Japanese perception of space. The rooms, although a bit small, were clean and had basic amenities. The location, just a 4-minute walk from Shinjuku station, was fantastic for accessing both the JR rail and subways. The dining experience offered a good variety of Western and Japanese foods at reasonable prices.
The hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku, perfect for travelers with young children and plenty of luggage. The rooms are small but similar to typical Japanese hotel rooms, with a Family Mart nearby for added convenience. The staff are bilingual, approachable, and always eager to help, making communication a breeze. However, there was a minor incident where an item was mistakenly disposed of as trash, slightly affecting the overall experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with clean amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, offering easy access to all the hustle and bustle of the area while still benefiting from a quiet setting. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us, including arranging airport transportation. The dining options were satisfactory, although I preferred exploring nearby eateries for breakfast. Overall, a great value for the money.
This hotel is stationed in the heart of bustling Shinjuku, surrounded by shopping malls and convenient transit options. The rooms provide the essential comforts typical of accommodations in Japan and Europe, but the service, though functional, lacks a personal touch. The location is a strategic hub for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to transportation, but the hotel's dining options may not suit everyone's tastes.
The hotel is situated in a prime location, adjacent to the Shinjuku train station, and near the Celeo shopping mall, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. The rooms, although small and slightly dated, are equipped with basic amenities. The service, while generally friendly and bilingual, lacked a bit upon arrival. The dining experience, inclusive of a diverse breakfast spread, was a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
